Contact Guest Assured Please contact us via our online form or by email to book our services and reserve your RSVP date.

Pay the deposit/set up fee You can make payments by EFT, PayPal or Cheque.

Complete our event details form We will email you a form for you to provide us with your event details and any additional info to be included and/or collected when your guests reply. We will then create your personalised webpage (see samples), voice message and your client login page.

Create a guest list and send to Guest Assured Please provide us with your guest list before sending out any invitations, so we are able to keep accurate records as your replies start to come in. We will provide you with an Excel template for you to enter in your guest list.

Receive your Username and Password, Event ID and information to have printed on your invitations.

Order invitations from any vendor of your choice or DIY Make sure to include your RSVP date, your event ID, Username/Password (if applicable),1800 number and our website.

Make final payment Payment is due in full before invitations are mailed and before guests begin to RSVP.

Send your invitations and watch your replies come in Guests RSVPs will be updated throughout the day on your password-protected page, available for you to view online any time of the day or night.

We will contact anyone who does not respond after your RSVP date We will make up to three attempts to contact any unconfirmed guests and your guest list will be finalised within one week after your RSVP date. We will continue to keep you updated every step of the way.
